"Massage is more than a luxury.  It is a beautiful way to relax, release tension and soothe away the stress of everyday living."

The following guidelines are setup for your information and what you need to know about booking appointment(s), arriving at SpaBeca, cancellation policy, gratuities, purchasing and redeeming online and spa gift certificates and promotional certificates.

Appointments

Due to the amount of advance preparation involved with certain treatments, a credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa) may be required to secure your appointment time.  Credit cards are also required when booking two or more services on the same day (e.g...a massage for you and a friend, or a massage and a facial) or if the client is requesting a weekend appointment.  If the client is new to SpaBeca, you will also be required to give a credit card to hold your appointment.  Your card will not be charged until services are rendered or unless the appointment is improperly cancelled or rescheduled (SEE BELOW).

Arrival

If this is your first time to visit SpaBeca, arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  This will allow you to unwind in our lounge, fill out a client information form, consult with your therapist, and receive the FULL LENGTH of your service scheduled.  If you are late for your service, it will be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his / her next appointment. Also certain services may not be able to be shortened (eg..waxing services) therefore those appointments will be asked to be rescheduled.  Not coming to your appointment or calling to cancel your appointment, MAY RESULT in future appointments being secured with a credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa) to hold your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled and rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to ONE HOUR MINIMUM CHARGE ($85) PER SERVICE SCHEDULED.  A MINIMUM 72 hour notice is required for PACKAGES, MULTIPLE SERVICES, GROUPS or SPA PARTIES.  IF YOU ARE REDEEMING A GROUPON for your service and you CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IMPROPERLY, you will be CHARGED the FEE UP to GROUPON PRICE on your next scheduled appointment.

Forms of Payment

While we do appreciate cash or check for payment of services or gift certificate purchases we also accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Gratuities

These are not included in the price of services or packages.  However, at your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by the SpaBeca staff in the form of cash.  Gratuities may not be placed on gift certificate purchases.  The spa doesn't make change for gratutites and if the client doesn't have exact change for his or her gratuitiy then the client may opt to place it on a credit card or write a check payable to SpaBeca.

Gift Certificate Purchases  Fine Print

Remember that, every occasion ~ Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Birthday's, Bridal Parties, Weddings, Anniversaries, Baby showers, Boss / Employee Appreciation or just because ~ gift certificates are always the perfect fit.

Redeeming Online or Spa Gift Certificates

The Gift Certificate must be presented at the time of the service(s).  Altered gift certificates WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Each gift certificate purchased will be valid for a period of 90 DAYS from the DATE OF PURCHASE.  Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable, have NO CASH VALUE, and are NOT TRANSFERABLE.  Gift certificates are sold for SERVICES ONLY...NO DOLLAR AMMOUNT will be sold.

Redeeming Groupons or other promotional coupons

When redeeming groupons, you must either present the actual certificate or bring an electronic form of the coupon (such as the app from your smartphone) in order to redeem them.  Please be aware that certain restrictions may apply when redeeming these coupons and other in-house promotional coupons.  They also are LIMITED TO 1 PER PERSON / PER VISIT.

Children and appointments for minors

Children are not premitted to wait for parents or guardians while getting service or services.  If children are needing to accompying their parent or guardian because the client doesn't have childcare, they will need to make arrangements to secure childcare prior to the appointment.  Also if minor children are scheduled services, they must have a parent or guardian sign their release form prior to the scheduled appointment.
